These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your use of the fun786 platform, accessible at fun786.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

fun786 is an online sports betting and casino information platform targeting English-speaking users, including users based in Pakistan. The Platform provides sports wagering markets, live casino products, slot titles and related informational content. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person transacting on the Platform regardless of their country of access.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. fun786 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on fun786, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity).

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of fun786 or its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, whether applied through fun786 or through any applicable multi-operator exclusion scheme.

fun786 expressly does not verify whether gambling is lawful in any particular jurisdiction on behalf of individual users. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation by fun786 that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. At the time of registration, and at all times thereafter, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. fun786 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify fun786 immediately at [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf. fun786 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.5 Contact Details. You must keep your contact information up to date. fun786 shall direct all communications — including KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations and responsible gambling notices — to the contact details registered on your Account. Failure to maintain accurate contact details does not excuse non-compliance with communications from fun786.

5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing lawful wagers, accessing casino products and engaging with the informational content provided, in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute are not authorised to use the Platform and do so entirely at their own risk. fun786 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

5.3 Technical Access. fun786 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

5.4 Platform Availability. fun786 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond fun786's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. fun786 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

6.1 Market Availability. The sports markets, odds and bet types available on the Platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice. fun786 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify any market at its absolute discretion.

6.2 Acceptance of Bets. fun786 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in error, bets suspected of arising from a technical error, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest market manipulation or fraudulent activity.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and are displayed at the time of bet placement. fun786 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stakes to any User at any time, including in response to patterns of play that suggest professional betting activity.

6.4 Odds Errors. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, fun786 reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake to the User's Account. fun786 will not be bound to honour odds that are clearly erroneous.

6.5 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation; match abandonment where fewer than the required number of periods have been completed; where both teams in a match are affiliated (walk-over or default win); or where fun786 determines in its reasonable discretion that voiding is necessary to preserve the integrity of the market.

6.6 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. fun786 accepts no responsibility for delays between the User's placing of a live bet and the acceptance of that bet by the system. Connection issues or delays on the User's device do not entitle the User to a refund of an accepted live bet.

7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available only to eligible Users who meet the specific conditions published for each promotion. fun786 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be specified in the individual promotional terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active on your Account, you may not place individual bets exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotional terms (illustratively PKR 1,000 per round or stake). Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting and slots typically contribute at 100% of stake wagered. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in individual promotional terms. Players are advised to check the contribution schedule before commencing wagering under a bonus.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance and any winnings derived from an uncleared bonus will be forfeited upon the expiry date. Expiry periods will be specified in individual promotional terms and communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

7.6 Abuse of Promotions. fun786 reserves the right to immediately cancel any bonus and to freeze or close any Account where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; wagering on low-risk combinations to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.

7.7 Maximum Cash-Out. Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings (illustratively PKR 25,000). Any winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited. Maximum cash-out limits are specified in individual promotional terms.

8.1 Accepted Methods. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Payment service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. These institutions are not affiliated with fun786, do not endorse gambling, and their availability as transaction methods must be confirmed in the cashier at the time of each transaction.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier interface. fun786 reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits to any Account at any time, including in connection with responsible gambling obligations or KYC requirements.

8.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your Account. fun786 will process withdrawal requests to the extent possible in accordance with its published processing timeframes. Verified accounts generally benefit from faster processing, though processing times cannot be guaranteed.

8.4 Withdrawal to Source. fun786 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different method may only be permitted following enhanced due diligence review.

8.5 Currency. The Platform may operate in multiple currencies. Where PKR is referenced as the operating currency, this reflects the Platform's contextual pricing for Pakistani users. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

8.6 Transaction Fees. fun786 does not generally charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.

9.1 Requirement to Verify. All Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests will be processed. fun786 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected.

9.2 Documents Required. The following documents may be requested as part of KYC:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding 90 days);
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a copy of a bank statement or screenshot of a digital wallet interface confirming the method used to deposit);

9.3 Timeframe. Users must submit KYC documents within the timeframe specified by fun786 upon request. Failure to provide required documentation within the stipulated period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, Account closure.

9.4 Verification Outcome. fun786 reserves the right to decline an Account application or close an existing Account where KYC verification cannot be completed to its satisfaction. In such circumstances, fun786 will return any unencumbered cash balance to the User following the completion of anti-money laundering checks.

10.1 Platform Commitment. fun786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools before beginning any session.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to temporarily or permanently stop gambling on fun786 may request self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be implemented promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended and promotional communications will be suppressed. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the specified period.

10.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Users may set binding deposit and loss limits on their Account at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.

10.4 Minor Protection. fun786 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the applicable minimum age. Users must not share their Account credentials with anyone under the applicable minimum age. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor, you are responsible for preventing their access to the Platform and to online gambling services generally.

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or through any third party;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or the proceeds of crime;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any form of software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human behaviour or exploits Platform systems;
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in the Platform, including manifest pricing errors, for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content, software or data;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in fun786's reasonable determination, is intended to defraud the Platform or its other users.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities where required.

12.1 General Exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fun786, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of gambling winnings.

12.2 Platform Availability. fun786 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. fun786 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, data loss, connection failures or technical errors outside its reasonable control.

12.3 Third-Party Content. The Platform may reference third-party payment services, sports leagues or operators. fun786 accepts no liability for the conduct, services or products of any third party, including payment service providers referenced contextually on the Platform.

12.4 User Decisions. fun786 provides informational content to help Users make informed wagering decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily by the User. fun786 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's wagering decisions, regardless of whether any informational content provided by fun786 was relied upon.

12.5 Pakistan Legal Risk. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk. fun786 accepts no liability for any legal consequences, penalties or sanctions arising from a User's engagement with the Platform where such engagement is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations, is the property of fun786 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sub-license, store or in any other manner re-use or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of fun786.

The fun786 name and logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of fun786. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, service mark or logo of fun786 without prior written authorisation.

14.1 Suspension by fun786. fun786 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the User has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is under investigation for fraudulent or suspicious activity; the User is in breach of applicable law; or the integrity of the Platform would be compromised by continued Account access.

14.2 Termination by fun786. fun786 may permanently close an Account and terminate these Terms with immediate effect in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity confirmed through investigation; provision of false KYC documentation; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

14.3 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting fun786 support at [email protected] (plain text only — not a clickable link). Closure requests will be processed following confirmation of identity and resolution of any outstanding wagering activity.

14.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, any accrued cash balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from uncleared bonuses are forfeited upon Account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of fun786 is incorporated and licensed, excluding any conflict of laws provisions that would result in the application of a different jurisdiction's law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents fun786 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any competent court of jurisdiction.

fun786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, fun786 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may take the form of an in-platform notification, an email to the registered Account address, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. fun786 recommends reviewing these Terms whenever you access the Platform.
